At Little Eco Events, we make party planning easy with our beautifully designed nature-based event packages.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby blessing or special gathering, our thoughtfully crafted setups create magical, stress-free experiences for all.
Our event packages can be booked for 2-hour sessions in the morning (between 9:30am and 12:30pm) or in the afternoon (between 2:30pm and 5:30pm).

All packages include delivery within 40kms of Hervey Bay, set up at location of choice, pack down and collection within two hours of completed set up.

Little 'One' Package
Ideal for 12+ months, first birthday, baby blessing, mother's group or toddler events. Includes trestle table, Happy Birthday bunting with wooden arch, large wooden number one, wooden three tier serving station, large wooden serving platter, dried flower arrangement in vase, large white umbrella, two picnic rugs, mix of up to ten cushions, three log stumps and toddler entertainment pack (large parachute, bubble machine, three wobble boards and wooden playing blocks).

Little Event Package
Ideal for three to 10 year olds. A great starting point for a magical event. Includes wooden children's tables, wooden log seats, arch bunting (white, mustard or pink), large wooden birthday number, handwashing station, 'party this way' sign, basket with 'gifts' sign, and waste system (general rubbish, recycling and compost bins).

Absolutely! We love creating unique experiences. You can mix elements from different themes or add personalised touches with our add-ons to make your event truly special.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We handle the delivery, setup, and pack-down so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. We service Hervey Bay and surrounding areas—just let us know your location for availability.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and theme. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
